1.  Receive enquiry

2.  Confirm client requirement and arrange site visit

3.  Submit formal quotation including our T & C's and application for Credit form

4.  Receive PO from client and Confirm delivery date

5.  Issue RAMS etc

6.  Commence scaffolding work, Sign over as required with Scaff Tag, HOC etc.  Issue invoice with payment terms

7.  Receive off hire confirmation from client

8.  Confirm and arrange a convenient scaffolding removal date

9.  Remove scaffolding and clear site

10. Enquiry complete
